Arcade NSENGIYUMVA
Managing DirectorWith over 10 years of working experience in research sector. Arcade worked as East Africa Digital Business Intelligence coordinator, part of root capital advisory team , and assisted on ACRA project implementation. Arcade specializes in surveys digitalization, data quality check, data analysis, field management, field operations planning, budgeting and managing field logistics for complex and large-scale data collection projects. He worked in the coffee sector for 6years.
Arcade is a Bachelor degree holder in Information technology, major in information management from the Adventist University of Central Africa. Arcade’s background includes work as Root Capital EAF DBI coordinator in advisory, consultant on technical assistance on waste water management system installation: Vetiver wetland and pulp hopper installation with Technoserve, senior field supervisor at Laterite Ltd, Field Manager at Innovation for poverty action (IPA), Monitoring and evaluation Administrator at Technoserve Rwanda, accountant assistant at Technoserve Rwanda, and data quality auditor with J-PAL.
Jean Shirimpaka
Civil Engineer and Research ManagerJean Shirimpaka is a Civil Engineer and Research Manager at (WHYME Ltd). Prior to joining (WHYME Ltd) as Civil Engineer and Research Manager, Jean worked at Laterite Ltd. as a Data Quality Analyst for 1 year and 5 months as well as at Kepler as Data Coordinator for 2 years. He also worked at IDInsight as Research Assistant for 3 Years in a Part-time position.
Jean has also performed different Engineering services under ZV Consulting Ltd for 5 years such as Technical Director, Geotechnical Engineer, and Site Engineer. He is an expert in Data management, Data cleaning, Data analysis and visualization, M&E as well as Research processes, and Civil Engineering service-related works.
Jean holds a Master of Science Degree in Financial Engineering (MScFE) from WorldQuant University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology.
Daniel NDAYIZEYE
Construction TechnicianDaniel NDAYIZEYE is our construction technician. Prior to joining WHYME ltd, Daniel worked at CAC-Rwanda as construction technician, and at AFRIPRECAST Company ltd as a elector for 2 year as well as at CECC as sub-contractor of construction for 1 year. He has been also self-employed for 6 Years. Daniel has also performed different technical tasks of Vetiver Wetland System at Techno serve and worked as pulp Hopper constructor He is experienced in wetland and construction site levelling and other construction activities. Daniel holds a construction certificate from IPRC Kicukiro and got worker’s certificate of CAC
